About Me

I wanted to create a space where people could come for information on all facets of healthy living. As I get older, I realize the importance of changing lifelong bad habits and am trying to apply this knowledge in my everyday life. It has been quite a challenge pursuing a healthier lifestyle, but eveyday it gets a little easier.

Darlene and Bruce Schirmer live with their 3 cats, Gretta, Gizmo and Frankie, and their rescued baby kitty, Thomas Jefferson along with their horse, Buddy Dollar, on a mini-farm in Bedford, Texas.
