I have spent all my life trying to: lose weight, stop smoking, get in shape, and reduce my anxiety.
It has been a constant, everyday thought. How can I make the changes to become healthier? What can I
do to make myself healthier? Where do I start?
If you have been in my position, these websites are dedicated to you. I created them to share my information
on diet programs, but, as you can see, I could not stop there. There is so much involved in trying to live a
healthy life.
We only have the life that we have. We don't get a second chance or a do-over.
Healthy living is not just a fad or a phase, it is a mindset that requires constant thought and action. We can't just turn
it off when we want to. Who doesn't want to live longer or feel better, not just physically, but emotionally and spiritually.
Here are a few benefits to pursuing healthy living:
1 cholestorol goes down
2 risk of heart disease and stroke go down
3 the huge organ called "skin" begins to glow and look refreshed
4 our muscles are building, which support our body
5 our brains begin to work better...brains need good nutrition for peak function
6 we feel good and show it
7 healthy living, exercise, eating right, getting enough rest; all make us happy because they increase the release of endorphins in our brain, which makes us feel happy
The benefits certainly outweigh the alternatives!
